Train for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your first month in full. No questions asked.
Start your Frequency Training, use everything included in your membership, and train for a full 30 days. If you're not satisfied, request a refund and we'll return your full first payment.
How It Works
Step 1: Activate your membership. You'll be charged your membership rate on the day you sign up. Your Anchor Journal ships immediately and you get full access to the Mirror app, your Frequency Map, and your personalized training plan.
Step 2: Train for 30 days. Complete your Frequency Map. Follow your daily training routines. Use your Anchor Journal. Experience the process fully.
Step 3: Decide. If within 30 days of your first payment you're not satisfied, request a refund and we'll return your full first payment. No questions asked.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of your request. Your membership will be canceled at the time of the refund.

Policy Details
The 30-Day Guarantee is available to new ENCODED members only. It is available once per person and cannot be applied to a reactivated or previously canceled subscription.
The 30-day window begins on the date of your first payment, not the date your journal arrives or the date you begin training.
Refund requests must be received within 30 calendar days of your first payment. Requests received after the 30-day window will not qualify for the guarantee. You can still cancel your membership at any time outside of this window.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Your Anchor Journal does not need to be returned.
If your membership renews before your refund request is processed, we will refund both payments in full.
This guarantee does not affect your ability to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation outside the guarantee window follows standard membership terms.
