Shipping Policy
ENCODED includes a physical Anchor Journal as part of the membership experience. To ensure reliable delivery, we use a tiered model based on geography. All members receive full access to the ENCODED system and web app regardless of location.
Membership Tiers
Tier 1 — Core Markets $79/month — Journal included and shipped monthly.
Tier 2 — International Markets $99/month — Journal included with international shipping.
Tier 3 — Digital Membership $79/month — Available in all other countries. Members use their own blank journal locally.
Shipping Availability
Tier 1 — $79/month Journal ships monthly at no additional cost.
Supported countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand.
Tier 2 — $99/month Journal ships monthly. International shipping and all customs duties are included. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Supported countries: Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates.
Tier 3 — $79/month (Digital Only) If your country is not listed above, ENCODED is available as a digital membership. No physical journal is shipped. Members source their own blank notebook locally and receive full access to the ENCODED system and web app. The training works exactly the same way.
Note: the digital membership does not include a downloadable Anchor Journal PDF.
Journal Shipping Schedule
Your first Anchor Journal ships immediately after purchase using the address provided at checkout. While your membership is active and in good standing, a new journal ships automatically every 30 days. There is nothing you need to do to trigger shipments.

United States: 2 to 5 business days Canada: 8 to 10 business days International (Tier 2 countries): approximately 2 to 3 weeks
Once your journal ships, you will receive an automated email from updates@encoded.ai with a tracking link.
Starting Training Before Your Journal Arrives
You can begin immediately. While waiting for your first shipment, use any blank notebook or sheet of paper. The structure and routines work exactly the same way. The physical journal provides a formatted experience, not a different system.
Updating Your Shipping Address
You can update your address at any time through the ENCODED web app.
Log in, navigate to the Membership tab, click Manage Subscription, and update your shipping details. Changes apply to future shipments.
If you notice an error immediately after checkout, contact support@encoded.ai. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address before dispatch.
Failed Payments and Shipment Pauses
Journal shipments are tied to an active membership in good standing. If a payment fails, your shipment will pause and we will retry during a 7-day grace period. You will receive email prompts to update your payment method.
If payment is not resolved within the grace period, access to ENCODED and journal shipments will pause until billing is restored.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your journal arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at support@encoded.ai. We will investigate and arrange a replacement if needed.
Future Shipping Expansion
We continuously evaluate new regions and may expand the supported country list as our logistics network grows.
